Robert D. Oros, H.D. VestRobert D. Oros has been named CEO of H.D. Vest. He takes over the job on February 28 when Roger Ochs steps down. Blucora, which owns H.D. Vest, also this month hired a Sanjay Baskaran as the new president for its other business segment, TaxAct.
