Florida CPA Indicted for False Returns

A Boca Raton, Fla., CPA has been indicted for preparing fraudulent tax returns and lying to Internal Revenue Service agents who were investigating his clients. John P. Miller is accused of obstructing Internal Revenue laws and preparing false tax returns.
