DOJ Seeks Shut Down of Texas Preparers

The government seeks an adjunction to bar the married couple from preparing federal tax returns for others. Wave Accounting Gets $12 Million

Based in Toronto, Wave said the funding round was led by The Social+Capital Partnership with participation from existing investors Charles River Ventures and OMERS Venture.
