The Client Web Portal in the Doc.It Suite 3.6 has support for multi-company clients and multi-office users can now share a central portal. There is automatic bi-directional email notification and enhanced reporting for activity, download, and delivery. The system has been rewritten using the feature capabilities of the MS .NET framework.

Bob Dias has left CCH after 33 years with the company. Dias was most recently VP of product management, a job he had held since 2010. However, He had joined the company in 1979 and had served in several executive roles in the company's tax business

H&R Block has hired Gregory J. Macfarlane, a former Ceridian executive, as its chief financial officer. He replaces Jeff Brown who remains with the company as chief accounting and risk officer.
