Payroll services provider Paychex has turned in what CEO Martin Mucci called a "solid year" as the company reported results for the year ended May 31. Jackson Hewitt Tax Service has entered an agreement with Matrix Learning to make its ExamMatrix Registered Tax Return Preparer Exam Review course available to the tax chain's preparers. Jackson Hewitt says it has more than 25,000 tax professionals.

Sikich has named Jack Moran as director of manufacturing industry vertical solutions. Before joining Sikich, Moran was director of the manufacturing practice for software reseller Tribridge, which is based in Miami, Fla. Moran was with Tribridge from February 2009 through March 2012.
