NEW YORK  — The American Institute of CPAs has donated $40,000 to Habitat for Humanity International to assist in efforts to help Haiti recover from its terrible earthquake. The donation was made possible by member contributions to the CPAs in Support of America Fund, a relief fund that was formed after the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and was also used to help victims of Hurricane Katrina.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Nelco has launched a new Wage and Information Reporting Engine, an updated version of a tool for developers of software products that offer accounting or payroll functions. Nelco said by using Wire, developers can take raw data from their applications and merge that with a library of government-approved federal and state wage and information reporting forms.
