Charles Lathrop, president and CEO of CompuPay, is leaving his jobs later this year. Lathrop held those positions with payroll provider before it and BenefitMall merged in May. Latrhop will remain as an advisor and investor.

A federal court has permanently barred three Philadelphia-area men from preparing federal tax returns for others. The three Liberian national prepared fraudulent federal income tax returns for a primarily Liberian clientele, according to the Justice Department complaint.
