The Internal Revenue Services has issued new features for online and digital products, including several enhancements to Individual Online Accounts.

 Accounting and consulting firm Dean Dorton has acquired ERP software reseller DeRosa Mangold Consulting. Terms were not disclosed.

 Thomson Reuters has made Co-Counsel, a GenAI assistant, available with its Checkpoint Edge research platform.

Thomson’s announcement said, “This new AI-Assisted Research skill leverages large language models (LLMs) providing an intuitive interface for tax professionals to pose questions to in everyday language.”
