Survey: Firms Expect Remote Work to Grow

The overwhelming number of accounting firms participating in a recent ConvergenceCoaching survey expect remote work will increase even after the COVID-19 pandemic ends. The 2020 ConvergenceCoaching AnyTime, Anywhere Work survey found that 81 percent of the 223 firms responding expect such an increase.

Slightly more than two thirds of CEOs see the passage of another COVID-19 stimulus package as one of the three most important initiatives for a Biden Administration. The recently released Marcum-Hofstra CEO Survey of 250 company leaders nationwide found that 45.6 percent say a stimulus bill is the top issue.

Compensation for Carlos Rodriguez, CEO of Automatic Data Processing fell by
7.1 percent for the year ended June 30. Rodriguez pay for fiscal 2020 was $17.6 million, down from $19 million the prior year, accoring to the payroll services company's proxy, filed recently with theSEC.
