Logan will receive an annual base salary of $300,000. He is also entitled to receive a bonus for the year ending April 30 with a maximum of 50 percent of the base salary based on his achieving performance goals. He also received options to acquire 75,000 shares of the company's class A common stock with an exercise price of $33.79 per share.

Liberty Hires Block Veteran
Liberty Tax Service has named Robert Lougen as VP of operations. Lougen spent 23 years with H&R Block, with his last position as president of H&R Block Canada from June 2004 through August 2012. Since then, he has served as president of his own consulting company and as an advisor to a private equity intermediary.
