Lynn BlackardRoegiers Goldin Chappel Nall & Associates has promoted  Lynn Blackard, CPA, CFE, has been promoted to partner. Blackard joined the firm in 2000 with a background in audit, and specializes in estate and trust taxation, trust and forensic accounting, and individual taxation.

Her services include corporate taxation and litigation support. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Martin County Estate Planning Council, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Blackard serves as a member of the Finance Committee of the United Way of Martin County. The firm is based in Stuart, Fla.
