Patriot Updates Accounting Software

Patriot Software has introduced subaccounts in the chart of accounts for its Accounting Premium application. This was one of a series of updates the company announced this week to its financial products.

The change added eight additional levels of subaccountants to Premium The company additionally rolled out new features for both the Accounting Basic and Accounting Premium packages, including the ability of customers to assign transactions to vendors or customers while importing transactions. The applications can also match customer invoices and bills to transactions so users can mark them as paid on the manage imported transactions page. Patriot also released recording past payment improvements, a new accounting navigation, accounting setup enhancements, extra functionality to the general ledger report, and changes to the account trial balances report.
