Blackbaud CEO Earned $4.8 Million

Mike Gianoni, Blackbaud Blackbaud CEO Mike Gianoni earned $4.8 million in 2014 as the executive completed his first full year with the Charleston-S.C.-based nonprofit software vendor. The biggest portion of Gianoni's compensation came via a stock award valued at $2.6 million. Gianoni, hired in November 2013, also received a bonus of $864,277 to offset a lost bonus and equity at his prior job and to assist with relocation.

CFO Tony Boor was paid $1.33 million last year, down from $1.35 million in 2013. However, his base salary included $120,000 in 2014 and $240,000 in 2013 when he served as interim president and CEO.

Compensation for Kevin W. Mooney, president of the General Markets Business Unit, reached $1.06 million, up from $1.04 million. Bradley J. Holman, president the International Business Unit, earned $1.05 million last year and $1.8 million in 2013. Joseph D. Moye, former president of the Enterprise Customer Business Unit, made $1.11 million in 2014; $1.06 million the prior year.
