Intuit has introduced a three-tiered subscription pricing plan for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, its sort of low-end midmarket accounting package. The annual subscription pricing with silver, gold and platinum levels was introduced on October 6.

Liberty Tax Service has named Robert Lougen as VP of operations. Lougen spent 23 years with H&R Block, with his last position as president of H&R Block Canada from June 2004 through August 2012. Since then, he has served as president of his own consulting company and as an advisor to a private equity intermediary.

The CCH IntelliConnect Browser Search, a browser add-in, can simultaneously search and access IntelliConnect subscription content and public content via search engines, such as Google. Users can read returned results without logging in once the tool has been installed.
