The software is still not up

I don't see how I can wait any longer. I've been with taxworks since the 90s, but it's January 29th, the software won't open and tech support is not answering... I plan to retire soon, so I don't want to pay for lacerte. Is anyone using Drake or Tax Slayer? Any other suggestions?
