Taxworks continued problems

I have been a user of TaxWorks since 1996 and a huge fan of the program until this year. I am very disappointed in the new management to have made such a drastic change tot he program and then to have released it without correcting the problems. This is not the normal issues with the the annual updated versions. My issue this year after spending 15 hours with tech support and still have no resolution is the lack of performance with the anti-virus programs. I use Norton and evidently Norton is not recognizing the program as trustworthy...why is this a problem. If they cannot fix this and soon, I will have no choice but to leave TaxWorks
