Doc.it has introduced two new applications for document. The first, Doc.It.Explore, is described as a software product which does not require complex system integration. Explore offers OCR/scanning, document check-in/check-out, and work binders.

Thomson Reuters has promoted Teresa Mackintosh, who had held executive roles at its tax and accounting business and had worked there since 1996. Mackintosh is now SVP and general manager of the Indirect, Property & Trust organization and has moved from Dexter, Mich., to the company's offices in Carrollton, Texas.
