NetSuite has signed BPM, an accounting firm centered in the San Francisco Bay area, as a member of its business processing outsourcing and reselling programs. That announcement came on the heels of reports of two CPA firms that are acquiring NetSuite resellers.
BPM is handling the broad NetSuite line—financials/ERP, CRM, ecommerce, HR and PSA—as well as marketing industry-specific applications based on the NetSuite SuiteSuccess methodology.
These developments all come as Oracle NetSuite kicked off its SuiteWorld conference in Las Vegas, Nev. Last week, RSM US said will Bellevue, Wash.-based Explore Consulting on July 1, while Eide Bailly expects to close on its purchase of Tempe, Ariz.-based TrueCloud on May 1.
The move to the cloud has resulted in accounting firms entering or expanding operations in software reselling. In 2017, those signed by NetSuite included WithumSmith+Brown in March, Cherry Bekaert in June and Moss Adams in October.
