Liberty has until June 11, 2018 to file the Form 10-Qs for the quarters ended Oct. 31, 2017 and Jan. 31, 2018. The tax preparation company has blamed the delays on the December resignation of outside auditor KPMG.
Liberty says it is working to find a new accounting firm and expects to file the financial statements as soon as possible after engaging an auditor.
The company has also been granted an extension until May 31 to comply with Nasdaq rules that require its audit committee must have at least three independent audit members.
