With the new features, users who sign into Support.CCH.com will see an “Ask the Community” link under the “Find Answers” section of the home page. The new support community is a forum for asking questions and exchanging ideas. It is grouped by product with the most active and popular answers appearing at the top of the list. Users must be registered members of Support.CCH.com to automatically have access. The chatbot acts as a virtual Product Support Specialist that can steer users to potential answers
