IRS Offers Biz Tax Account Tax

 The Internal Revenue Service has created a business tax account for sole proprietors. These are for those with file business tax returns with sole proprietor with an EIN.

Initially, the new account enables users to view their names and addresses on file and to give others in the organization access to the accounts. They can also request a tax check to see if their businesses are compliant.

The IRS said more features will be coming soon.

Those with online accounts for their personal taxes can access business accounts utilizing the same sign-in. Those without online accounts must provide photo IDs to verify their identity.
