TaxProFirm, a service bureau in the tax preparation market, markets Tax Pro Alliance, while Audit Allies, fields Audit Protect. Audit Allies will operate as an independent entity.

CrossLink's website claims Tax Pro is No. 1 for firms offering bank products and for those who operate multiple locations. CrossLink says Audit Allies is priced so that electronic return originators can resell the product.
