Kirsty Godfrey-Billy. XeroXero says CFO Sankar Narayan will leave the New Zealand-based company in December. He will be replaced on October 1 by chief accounting officer, Kirsty Godfrey-Billy.

Narayan joined Xero in 2015 and will be leaving to pursue other opportunities the company said.  His departure comes under CEO Steve Vamos, who was named to his position in March. Godfrey-Billy joined the company in April 2016
