SiempreTax was launched late in 2014 with 57 offices open during last year's tax season. There are about 150 now. Besides offering tax services, the business helps individuals obtain ITINs, which are used in filing tax returns for who do not have a Social Security number and are not eligible to obtain one.

There is help available for complying with the Affordable Care Act and notary services are also offered.

Contreras Rowe is an author and motivational speaker. She also in September 2010 was the founder of the The Got Sole Project,  which has donated more than 3,000 pairs of shoes in the Eastern Shore area of Virginia.
