The VP who has headed QuickBooks Online tfor he last 19 months has left Hicks probably departure was reported last month in The Progressive Accountant's sister publication, Bob Scott's Insights. But it was not been confirmed by Intuit and Hicks only changed his LinkedIn page in the last few days.
QuickBooks Online is fast growing and central to Intuit's product strategy so Hicks departure had raised eyebrows when reports first surface.
Hicks began his Intuit career in February 2000. His positions also included serving as VP of global business strategy from July 2010 to July 2011 and as VP of global strategy and product management from July 211 until May 2013.
