Dunican was interim CFO at Nano-Tex from August 2004 through October 2005 where he helped close a $35.7 million round of financing and also helped implement Great Plains. Before that, he was CFO at Alloptic from August 2001 through October 2004.
From January 2008 through July 2011, Horner was owner and founding director or Factory Information Management Solutions, which merged with Armanino's QlikView practice. QlivView is a business intelligence and analytical software package marketed by Qlik Technology. Horner has served as director of that area since the deal was completed. He was also founding director of Jk2 Information management Solutions from December 200 through December 2007.
