Freeland Named NSA Accountant of the Year
Christine Freeland, CPA, ABA, ARA, has received the 2012 Accountant of the Year Award from the National Society of Accountants. The award is given to an individual member in recognition of outstanding achievement and service to NSA, the accounting and tax profession, the state society and the community.
The founder of Christine Z. Freeland, CPA, PC in Chandler, Ariz., Freeland has been an NSA State Director and is the immediate President of the Arizona Society of Practicing Accountants. She served for two years as Administrative Chair of NSA's Leadership Development Committee and has been elected to serve on the NSA Board of Governors. Freeland is also Governor of District X.
