Six CPAS Charged in PCAOB Leaks to KPMG

Thomas Middendorf, former KPMG partner and board memberSix CPAs have been indicated in a scheme by former KMPG partners and PCAOB employees to leak confidential inspection information to the accounting firm. Participants allegely tried to freshen up audits calling them "re-reviews', destroyed documents and lied to the firm's senior management to attempt to cover up their deeds.
