PCAOB Revokes CPA's Registration

PCAOBA Florida CPA has been barred from associating with any firm registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and his firm's registration has been revoked. Sanctions against Scott W. Hatfield and his firm, S.W. Hatfield CPA, went into effect this month after a hearing by the board over a year ago upheld a hearing officer's decision that also imposed a $50,000 civil order money penalty.
