Rajski noted while users had been split evenly between those who utilize the browser tree and those who prefer keywords for searching, most new users like the keyword-search-and-filter approach. The system also automatically opens documents, the most frequently used filter, instead of having them appear on the left side of the page, but not capable of being opened.
And regarding print sizes, "Across the board, we have increased the font sizes across IntelliConnect. You can make it even larger if you want," she says.
