Canopy, which makes tax resolution software, has added a productivity dashboard to its practice management application. The new tool displays display time budgets on all tasks and subtasks.
Also new is time tracking for workflow capabilities with the ability to attach existing time entries to already-created tasks or by starting a new time entry from any task.
In addition, new functionality has been added to Canopy and Client Portal applications with mobile capabilities now including tasks. Client requests are now available on mobile as well so that users can create, send, and comment on client requests/
Canopy said it will soon add the ability to annotate PDFs without external tools to its document management features.
