It can be used for communications with the Contacts feature and also enables users to add notes. The app syncs with the user’s OfficeTools database every 10 minutes.

A mobile app for OfficeTools has been introduced by AbacusNext. The app is available for the practice management application for both the iOS and Android platforms and will function as companion to OfficeTools desktop version.
