Intuit Updates QBO Advanced

Intuit has added the ability to have three accountant users to  QuickBooks Online Advanced. The software company this month also added enhanced custom fields, with small business users able to utilize multiple field types.

QBO Advanced also now has additional custom user permissions to provide users with the ability to work in areas such as sales transactions, expense transactions, sales reports, expense reports and bank deposits.

Permissions can be figured to provide restricted access to data with selected access to sales transactions such as invoices and estimates to be introduced.

Next month, Intuit will introduce usage limits across the QBO line. Advanced is largely unaffected by limits, except for the 25 user limits. The other products—QBO Simple Start, Essentials and Plus—are restricted to 40 combined classes and locations and 250 in the chart of accounts. The user limits are five for Plus, three for Essentials and one for Simple Start.
