The system automatically calculates tip sharing amounts for tip pooling and sharing arrangements. Tips can be distributed electronically on the paycard at the end of a worker’s shift. The paycard can be used to pay mileage and other reimbursements, along with tips, on a single card. Employees do not need to track their tips on paper. Via an employee dashboard, they can se all data for shifts worked and tip earnings based on date range, income comparison for the previous two weeks, hours reported, and forecast of upcoming earnings.
