Accountants will receive more benefits under Zoho’s accounting program, according to Val Steed, who runs the software company’s accounting program.
Along with adding benefits, Zoho no longer expects firms to sellsits software, nor will they be dropped from the program for not selling, according to Steed
“Accountants are going to get a lot more consideration than in the past,” Steed said during the software company’s recent Zoho Day 2024. “They are not going to be knocked off for not selling.”
Accountants will also be able to have one line certification and support for their participation in the program. “They should not be going through regular technical support,” Steed said.
The company is making it possible for accountants to manage both Zoho and non Zoho clients from the software through Zoho Practice, along with managing how staff works on the accounts. The enhanced accountant program will also program more benefits, including access to more Zoho applications.
