ADP has utilized generative Ai in its mobile app, Roll by ADP.
Initially available in the United States, ADP will offer Roll by ADP this fall in Europe and will expand its availability from there.
Roll's capabilities include access to ADP's knowledge base, which gives users the opportunity to ask questions through chat-based conversations on their mobile devices.
The system also issues proactive reminders for HR tasks and deadlines, remembering previous interactions and learning over time. The app offers a do-it-yourself setup guide in both English and Spanish.
