McKinstry Gets 13-percent Pay Hike
Nancy McKinstry, chief executive of Wolters Kluwer, received a 13-percent increase in compensation in 2010, as the parent of CCH detailed executive compensation in its annual report for the year just ended. McKinstry's pay totaled about $3.84 million. The reported pay does not include stock compensation as do American pay totals for executives of public companies.
