Will Hill
Will Hill, is lead of content Strategy in the training and consulting services department with the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters. He oversees content development for the Training and Consulting Services group. He is responsible for refining the strategy of client involvement for improving the client experience during implementation of new software andcontinued staff education. His varied background with firms of all sizes and specialties provide a solid foundation for business process-oriented training and consulting. In 2006, Will was recognized as the CSM Implementation Specialist of the Year. Over the past four years at Thomson Reuters, Hill has developed eight different educational classes and consulting offerings. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Leadership Studies from Baker College and a B.A. majoring in both Business Administration and Economics, from Alma College.
