Rippling Debuts Spend Product

Rippling has introduced a spend management platform that includes corporate cards, expense management and bill pay. The new line, Rippling Spend Management, is designed to show all cash burn in one place.

Because of the integration, approved expenses automatically sync with Rippling Payroll.

All spend can be automatically synced to the right categories and periods in the GL. Card transactions can be synced to the GL while use policies to automatically categorize each transaction’s fields.

Employees can review records, including receipts, PTO and paystubs via a mobile app. The software features an Employee Graph displays all employee data.

Cards with a company logo can automatically be issued to new hires with pre-set limits and spend policies based on their role. When they are offboarded, the card be automatically revoked.
