In a prepared statement Dean Sengstock, RSM US Alliance national leader, said, "Membership in the RSM US Alliance provides our members with access to the reach and resources of RSM, the leading audit, tax and consulting firm focused on the serving middle market and the fifth-largest firm in the U.S., while allowing them to maintain their independence and entrepreneurial culture."

McGladrey Alliance Changing Name
The McGladrey Alliance is changing its name to the RSM US Alliance effective September 12. The new name follows the replacement of the name McGladrey LLP by the global RSM brand on October 26. There are about 75 independent member firms of the Alliance in 38 states, the Cayman Islands and Puerto Rico.
