Keri Gohman, an executive with Xero for three years, has become an operating partner with Bain Capital Ventures. Gohman will work as strategic counsel across Bain’s portfolio and work as partnering with leadership teams.

Zoho has added a business workflow management application, Orchestly, to Zoho One. Orchestly has a drag-and-drop interface to define processes and can automate regular workflows, including cross-departmental workflows such as purchase approvals, content publishing, asset management, and onboarding.

Final regulations and additional proposed regulations have been released for 100-percent depreciation,  issued under section 168(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The final regulations were proposed in August 2018 under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
