Why would u believe Microsoft could develop a good operationg system. They have been working on one since Windows 1 for the pc and so far it still hangs etc. So why expect better from a phone op sys. They are a marketing company not one that produces high quality products. Xcel is another good example -- still can not do regression but old Lotus 123 dos version can.
