TaxWorks 2012 program

I delayed installation to avoid the bugs. After waiting 1hr and 10 minutes for support, I found that I could not edit the Organizer Letter. The support tech tried but after checking had to report that it could not be done. This prevented me from batch mailing my organizers. There was no excuse for this since it had nothing to do with the IRS or government delays. This and other areas of the new program should have been corrected long before the release. Further, the support tech was told to get off the phone by his supervisor. This is not acceptable. I do not know how TaxWorks will overcome the existing problem and whether I will be able to give my clients the service they deserve. Is there a company that uses a program similar to the old (2011) Taxworks program? I need a lifeline. H&R Block has ruined a wonderful company.
