What can I say more liberal judges making bad decisions. The new IRS laws were good, they were protecting insocent tax payers that were relying on uneducated tax preparers. Where I work we already have to have so much schooling and every year we have to have 24 credit hours. I do not have a problem with this, it keeps me up to date and new laws. I have already taken the new exam and passed, I am very proud of my certificate and hang it proudly. I don't think the IRS should pay me back I think those judges and the ones who started the suit should pay me back for all my fees. I hope congress for once does the right thing and makes it a law.
