New data transformation and automation capabilities have been released for Bloomberg Tax Provision. The company said this week the “new functionality enables Bloomberg Tax Provision customers to automate workflows across the tax provision lifecycle.”
The capabilities include automating trial balance uploads to the application. This includes automatic the blending trial balance and non-trial balance data to compute book-to-tax ("Schedule M") adjustments, reconciling tax payable accounts and computing journal entries.
The company noted Bloomberg Tax Provision Certified Implementers—RSM, GTM, and VPTax—are trained to supportl customer implementations.
