Client Overview Added to QBOA

Ariege Misherghi, IntuitIntuit has added Client Overview, to QuickBooks Online for Accountants. Debuted at the company’s QuickBooks Connect conference this week, the feature enables accountants to access a prospec'ts QBO account from the Overview tab inside QBO. This is visible to accountants only.

Ariege Misherghi, leader of the Accountant Segment, also listed new features to be delivered short term, such as Project Profitability through upcoming support for job costing end to end time, including tracking and payroll. This combines QB Payroll, TSheets and QBO. 

Also on the horizon is QBOA email integration. Mishergi demonstrated an integration between BOA and email which is under development. When accountants receive emails with tasks, those can be forwarded to QuickBooks, which will capture the task and project in practice management.  When available, it will work with email clients, including Gmail and Outlook.

Also coming is Client Benchmarking within QBOA. It will analyze data and may recommend actions for accountants and clients to consider.In addition, Intuit ahas a Statement Auto Import in beta test. It enables clients to download transactions from financial institutions to QuickBooks and automatically imports bank statement.
