Paychex Launches New Service

PaychexPaychex has launched a new subscription-based service which is designed to protect against interruption of service. Paychex Promise, which has a variety of features, extends collection of payroll funds from a business’s bank account by seven days.

The extension guards against interruption of service and insufficient fund charges. It also enables clients to process one or two Same Day ACH requests each subscription year at no cost.

The Business Credit Service sends clients payment history to credit bureaus. There is also a regulatory newsletter that provides monthly compliance and regulatory news. In addition, there is a Payroll Fraud Hotline.

Paychex Promise also features a Small Business Loan Center that offers ending options partner Biz2Credit and a network of lenders for non-payroll related financing needs. Included in the service is Biz2Credit’s BizAnalyzer tool for monitoring the financial health of a business.
