New River Offers Beyond415 Guidance

Beyond 415New River Innovation describes its new Beyond415 Guidance as a Web-based research center for resolving issues after tax filing. It features searchable guidance covering individual, business and payroll areas of Internal Revenue Service practice and procedure. Guidance is written by Beyond 415's team and is kept up to date as changes happen at the IRS. The company says the product is designed to anticipate practitioners' questions and concerns.
Beyond 415 Guidance offers a visual process map for navigating issues from beginning to end and breaks them down into easily understandable phrases and provides best practices and insight into the IRS' internal procedural steps. The system also provides a glance into how issues work in practice with each coming with projections for billable hours and complexity, and recommendations for gathering appropriate authorizations, managing engagement types and compiling IRS account research.

The application incorporates an IRS notice database and issue-specific guides for gathering facts. Also provided are sample call scripts and document sets for responding to the IRS.  Sample documents include forms, letters, analysis tools and workpapers along with concrete examples to guide responses.

Price: starts at $19.95 per month or $200 per year. New River Innovation: (336) 601-3001; www.Beyond415.com. Also offered through ADP, CCH, Drake Software, the National Association of Tax Professionals and Sage.
