The Tracy, Calif.-based tax software company promoted Tommy Hyzdu, who joined in January 2018 as VP of sales and marketing, to the post of chief sales officer. Brett Klutch, previously SVP of sales and marketing, has become chief operating officer. Klutch joined CrossLink in February 2014.

John Amaya, director of marketing, was made VP of marketing and public relations. He has worked with the company since October 2007. Scott Henley, who joined in November 2018, was named VP of IT and systems.

Rejoining CrossLink was Josh Daniel as VP of engineering. Daniel worked for the company, then known as Petz Enterprises, from June 2004 through May 2008. The name was changed to CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions after LNC Partners purchased the company from the Petz family in February 2018.
