Vertex SMB has developed a connector for QuickBooks that will enable QuickBooks users to utilize the Vertex SMB sales-and-use tax platform. The connector gives users the ability to perform calculations on invoices, look up tax rates, prepare and file returns, and maintain product taxability and compliance across multiple jurisdictions and states.
"We have designed the Vertex SMB solution for ease of use so businessesPcan get up and running quickly and affordably," David Henkin, VP and GM at Vertex SMB, said in a prepared statement. Henkin noted the company also offers access to in-house tax and ERP experts.
Vertex utilizes a pay-as-you go pricing model with businesses paying for what they use each month.
